Pomco Services is looking for a solid operator to join the team.

We deliver water reticulation projects across Auckland, working on subdivisions, connections, and infrastructure installs. We take pride in doing the job properly and getting it right first time.

We’re primarily looking to replace a skilled Foreman, but we’re also open to skilled labourers who want to step up and build a career in this space.

A bit quiet on here lately. Not quiet on site though.

Pomco has been delivering water reticulation projects across Auckland, working alongside developers, contractors, and asset owners to get infrastructure installed properly, first time.

Absolutely devastating to see what the storm did to the community yesterday.

Was able to help a few neighbours last night and this morning, regaining access to their properties and cleaning drains.

Being a small business within our busy industry makes it really hard to set time aside for training. However, continuous learning is an important part of staying happy within a job, so we try out best to make room and prioritise team and individual growth.

Earlier in the year we sent our staff on a training course for steel welding. Needless to say, this came in handy when we were upgrading the trailer we picked up earlier in the year in Hawkes Bay to be fit for PE welding.

Earlier this year, before winter or lockdown, we bought a trailer off TradeMe for PE pipe welding. Did a quick roadie to Hawkes Bay to pick up and couldn't help but take the and its new trailer for a photo shoot with oysters and wine at Craggy Range.

After 5 weeks of lockdown, it is good to be back at it and putting in the mahi!

Private development work underway. The boys did well to make this look clean and tidy, given the muddy circumstances, while following all the government recommended health and safety guidelines.
