Well done Tracey Kelsey. Another happy KPS customer. Review below.
Five stars. Highly recommend for pre-sale preparation

" - Kelsey Property Services were recommended to us by a local real estate agent when we were getting our house ready for sale, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We have a large garden that needed a thorough w**d, tidy and mulch before listing. We also needed skip bins scheduled, and some painting and plastering done inside the house. Kelsey Property Services handled all of it.
Tracey came out and quoted promptly, scheduled the work around our timeline and oversaw everything through to completion. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. We always knew what was happening and when, which made a real difference with a sale date on the horizon.

The work was finished on time and on budget, and they left everything clean and tidy. The gardens look amazing.

Having one person coordinate the garden, the skips and the work inside took a lot off our plate. We’ve used another company in the past, and the difference in professionalism and organisation was clear.

If you’re preparing a house for sale and want it done properly without the stress, I’d recommend them without hesitation. - "
