What started as a 1960s warehouse at ๐–๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง ๐’๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐‘๐จ๐š๐, ๐Œ๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž has now been transformed into a modern office and showroom space for ๐…๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ก ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ.

Working alongside ๐…๐ž๐š๐ซ๐จ๐ง ๐‡๐š๐ฒ ๐€๐ซ๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฌ, the Rucon team stripped the building back to its original concrete shell and rebuilt it with a completely new roof structure, new internal walls, and refined architectural detailing throughout.

This project has been a special one for the team - blending heritage bones with contemporary design, and delivering a clean, timeless finish.
