Starting a Light Commercial Re-Roof today in Albany.

Zincalume Sheets & Flashings going down, while working in with waterproofers for the membrane internal gutter & air con guys disconnecting AC Units.

Team up bright and early this morning to land this crane up!

Not your average re-roof. ⚒️

This project involved removing the existing Clip-Lok roofing system and replacing it with a new Colorsteel .55g MAXAM MultiRib roof, complete with a number of intricate internal gutter & custom barge flashing details.

Projects like this are where experience matters!

Getting the details right ensures the roof not only looks sharp but performs exactly as it should for years to come.

A huge effort from the team to deliver another high-quality finish & attention to detail throughout. 👌
