I’ve always loved the work at heights. Over the years safety standards have improved ALOT, and maybe 10 years ago we would have been lifting these outdoor units up by ladder and sheer man power.
With H&S regulations in place and lots of eyes watching work practice, we choose to do Condenser lifts the correct way and that is usually by Hiab truck or Crane.
Yeah it costs a bit more but beats damaging plant or equipment, injury to yourself or others.

Engaged with the Building Management team and alongside the Roofing contractor to carry out this Fresh Air fan and ductwork replacement work.
The issue previously is that the old system had broken down and collapsed, causing the roofing to buckle and become not only dangerous but the high chance of water ingress became too much of a risk to leave unattended.
The loss of the Fresh Air supply also created an issue for Building compliance so this just had to be remedied!
2.5 days from start to finish including duct sealing and painting!
