Looking for a Co-Founder — Real Estate Partnership
I run Saroj Sandeep Nirman and Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd., an established construction company with 12+ years of hands-on experience in plaster, wall construction, truss structures, rod work, and formwork, plus material supply and skilled labor management.
I'm looking to partner with someone to grow into real estate — buying, selling, and developing land/property. Ideal if you bring: land contacts, property sales experience, investment capital, or legal/documentation expertise.
What I bring: full construction ex*****on, trained workforce, material sourcing, and technical/engineering knowledge — so every property we deal in can also be developed and built, start to finish.
If you're serious about building a real estate business the right way, message me directly.
