One of the most rewarding projects of my career was my involvement in the conservation and restoration of this historic farm complex.

I served as Project Architect for two years, overseeing the conservation works, and continued my association with the project as Honorary Architect for many years thereafter, providing ongoing guidance and support for the preservation of this significant heritage asset.

The project was honoured with the 1988 NSW Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA) Greenway Heritage Conservation Award, recognising the commitment to conserving and restoring an important part of New South Wales’ architectural and rural heritage.

Working on this project was a privilege, combining architectural practice with heritage stewardship to ensure that future generations can appreciate and learn from our built history.

This award remains a testament to the dedication of everyone involved in the conservation effort and to the enduring value of heritage architecture.
