It’s the nature of our business to always be on the move.

One day we're building, the next we're racing towards a deadline, and before we know it, the exhibition is over, and the stand is being dismantled again. That’s why it’s good to pause for a moment and reflect on the impact these events create.

Today, we’re celebrating three very special members of the Chiaradia Exhibitions family 💚

For 12,5 years, Manuela Gielis has been transforming ideas into stunning 3D creations as our designer, bringing brands and concepts to life with creativity and precision. She also plays an important role in guiding interns with patience and enthusiasm, making them feel welcome within the team from day one.

Fiona van Loon has spent the past 12,5 years wearing many hats within our company. Starting as a Junior Project Manager and growing into both project and account management, she has become one of the driving forces behind our daily operations. If you have a question, chances are Fiona has the answer 😉

And of course, we can’t forget our office dog Boris, who is also celebrating 12,5 years with the company this year 🐾
For over a decade, Boris has been responsible for office morale, stress relief, and making sure no cookie is ever left unattended.

Recently we had our own booth at Exhibitor Live in Tampa. A trade show dedicated to trade shows!
We had a booth here to promote ourselves as your tradeshow partner for Europe.

It was great to connect with industry peers, showcase our work as an exhibit house in Europe, and see so much creativity in one place.
While we said goodbye to Tampa, this will certainly not be the last you hear from us!

On Sunday, February 22, our team visited EuroShop in Düsseldorf, a leading trade fair for retail and exhibition innovation.

Staying informed about the latest trends in design, materials and industry developments is essential to what we do. The fair offered valuable inspiration for both purchasing and creative design, helping us explore new ideas that shape the future of our industry.

We turned the visit into a team outing and ended the day with dinner together. Because investing in knowledge also means investing in collaboration.

𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮!
This week, our project managers followed training sessions in lighting and our modular construction system. This helps us speak the same language as production and allows us to prepare projects more quickly and efficiently — without compromising the unique design that helps our clients stand out. 💡

When it comes to lighting, we explore the possibilities together with the client. Think of different colours and various lighting methods: from spotlights and pendants to floodlights. Depending on what the client wants to highlight, we make the right choices in atmosphere, focus and functionality. 🔧

Because sales, project management, and design also took part in this training, we can better understand client needs, give targeted advice, and include this directly in the initial design. This gives every proposal much more substance from the very start, and makes the stand even stronger as a tool to make the brand stand out. ✨
