Our unique social housing building, built 100% in timber, is growing by one floor every 1.5 weeks and has now reached its highest point. The construction is an assembly of prefabricated elements; the building site resembles a watch factory.

Many compliments to all our realization partners, including Wonen Limburg, Smeets Bouw, and the municipality of Brunssum, who are making this possible together with us.

Inspired by classic walled gardens, a continuous green, multi-curved curtain wall wraps around the house, enclosing all garden spaces and culminating in a small sports pavilion. The detailing of the artificial materials is as sharp and precise as the surrounding nature. This arena carries a subtle surreal undertone.
