Today is World Handwashing Day, a great moment to highlight the importance of hygiene at Beekenkamp Vegetables and Ornamentals. 🌱
Protecting our crops start at the entrance. Everyone entering our facilities follows a strict hygiene protocol. Hand are first disinfected, then thoroughly washed an dried, followed by passing through a hygiene gate where both hand and footwear are sanitised. 💦
Before entering the greenhouse, visitors are required to wear full protective clothing, including dedicated shoes, an overall, gloves and a hairnet. Our employees also wear company workwear, which is laundered on-site. These measures help us maintain a clean environment and protect our plants from pests and diseases, ensuring healthy crops and quality for our customers.
