Lovens

Autumn break is for days spent together. Riding to the playground, stopping by the goats, practising those first few metres on two wheels. With plenty of room for everyone and everything a family day out brings. Let’s take this autumn break beyond.

Three children, one morning routine and plenty to talk about on the way.

Back to school, back to busy mornings. And a whole lot of stories from the passenger bench. 💚

2026 has already been a year to remember. ✨

And we're only halfway through.

This year, the Lovens Explorer has been honoured with some of the industry's most prestigious awards, including the iF Design Award 2026, Red Dot: Best of the Best 2026, Cargo Bike of the Year 2026 and AD Fietstest Best Buy 2026.

Every award inspires us to keep raising the bar. To keep creating a cargo bike that combines premium design, comfort and safety for families. 💚

Time to make your Lovens Explorer shine again.☀️

Most dirt from everyday use can easily be removed with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Avoid using a pressure washer, especially around bearings and electrical components.

Give your Lovens Explorer a quick clean after a muddy ride and it will be ready for many more family adventures ❤️

What about the rain cover? Use lukewarm water and a soft cloth. If the windows need extra cleaning, you can use a solution of 70% alcohol. Don’t forget to keep the reflective strip on the rain cover clean to ensure good visibility 💧

A cargo bike quickly becomes part of everyday family life.

Parents ride it. Kids grow up in it. And sometimes, it’s grandma and grandpa’s turn. The Lovens Explorer saddle and handlebar are easy to adjust, so they’re ready to go in no time. A day of babysitting, a school run or a ride to the playground together? No problem.

Happy Grandparents Day from Lovens. ❤️

Some rides need a little extra space.✨

Three kids on the school run. A friend joining after school. Or simply a growing family that no longer fits the original setup.

The Lovens Explorer front seat gives you an extra seat in the box whenever you need it.

Fold it down when you need an extra seat. Fold it back up to create more space in the box again. The front seat comes with a seat belt and is suitable for children from 5 years old.

Another award for our Explorer 2!

With an impressive overall score of 8.6, the Fietstest.nl test panel named it the best buy in the two-wheel electric cargo bike category.

"What a wonderful bike! With the kids on board and groceries in the cargo box, you can cruise around with ease. This electric cargo bike, with its beautifully finished aluminium frame, rides fantastically."

We are very proud of this result! 2026 is set to be a very special year for Lovens. We're looking forward to what's to come.

Cruising through Berlin with the 𝘬𝘪𝘥𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦: for filmmaker Felix Urbauer, family life in the city got a serious upgrade with the new Explorer 2.

“I do enjoy riding what’s probably the most premium and best-looking bike out there,” he says with a smile.

This whole vibe also is exactly what Felix captured in our latest brand spot.
