As a Technical Support Engineer at Contiweb, you investigate technical malfunctions and complex issues related to our machines and installations. You analyze the situation, identify the root cause, and support customers and Field Service Engineers in finding the right solution.

You also play a proactive role by remotely monitoring machines and identifying potential risks before they result in unexpected downtime. When a challenge requires additional expertise, you collaborate closely with Engineering and other technical specialists across Contiweb

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely curious about technology, enjoys solving complex problems, and likes taking ownership when it matters.

Als Technical Support Engineer bij Contiweb duik je in technische storingen en complexe vraagstukken van onze machines en installaties. Je analyseert de situatie, achterhaalt de oorzaak en ondersteunt klanten en Field Service Engineers bij het vinden van de juiste oplossing.

Daarnaast speel je een proactieve rol door machines op afstand te monitoren en mogelijke risico’s te signaleren voordat deze leiden tot onverwachte stilstand. Wanneer een vraagstuk om aanvullende expertise vraagt, werk je nauw samen met Engineering en andere technische specialisten binnen Contiweb.

Today's sheetfed presses are faster than ever. But paper changes still stop production.

With speeds of up to 21,000 sheets per hour, the HEIDELBERG Speedmaster XL 106 is an incredibly productive sheetfed offset press. Having to stop production to change paper can have a major impact on productivity.

He made a deliberate move from consumer products to industrial machines, in search of more impact. And he found it.
