Why bottle trap?

Bottle trap serves the purpose of preventing foul smell from entering your living space while allowing waste water to move from the wash hand basin to the waste pipes. In cases where bottle trap will not be installed due to budget constraints or construction dimension issues then flexible magic waste can be used instead but it has to be installed correctly as shown in the video.

So a client you just commissioned their job. Just calls you few days after they have moved in to say we have a leak somewhere in the bathroom. Then you say to yourself that is not possible we did pressure testing before the tiler did the tiling. What could have gone wrong ?
She is asking that you send your staff to come check it. Then you say to her "Ma'am please if you don't mind can you do a video of the problem area and send so I can know which staff to send and the tools he will come along with" and then she forward this video.

Loud sight of relief!!!

Okay ... I am sending someone right away.

Little foxes!
Lesson: Check twice and thrice before handing over so this kind of call back does distrupt your schedule.

How many accessories is too much?

A client we work for some years ago bought alot of things for installlation. At the time i felt it was too much.
Basin side
1.Towel ring
2.Magnifying mirror
3.Tumber holder
4. Soap dish
5. Toothpaste holder
6. Led Mirror

Ahhh, but now we know better. A customer is always right when it comes to their choice of items. Now we will ask you the list of the items you want installed and then give you the cost for installation considering the number of items listed. Because it entalls drilling, height marking out etc.
