Another successful piling project completed by Jeftoni Nigeria Limited.
Our team recently installed 30no (12m long x 508mm OD x 25mm thick) conductor casings at Ibigwe, Imo State, to support a facility’s drilling operations using D30-32 and D46-32 diesel hammers.
After driving each pile, the top surface of the pile was prepped to allow for joining to the next pile. The next pile would be lifted, hung and welded to the driven one. Each weld was allowed to cool and was inspected to ensure a full weld before driving continued. A total of 30 steel casings were installed across three points, with 10 casings driven at each point.
A job well executed by the Jeftoni team.
