Job Title: Business Development Executives
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Part time
Iros Build Limited a registered company engaged in Construction, Civil Engineering, Facility Management and General Contracting Business is looking for passionate and goal-oriented persons to help her expand her clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify market opportunities, build the company’s network and increase her customer base.
• Taking active approaches to identify new opportunities and attract clients.
• Convince prospects and potential clients to buy-in.
• Complete contract bids. Monitor and manage bid activity
• Manage the pre-sell, Coordinate and assist in proposal process, interview and post award or loss process.
• Provide ongoing updates on business development activities..

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Quantitative Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience as a business development consultant or equivalent in construction, design, property management or corporate real estate.
• Outstanding communication skills along with excellent presentation and relationship building skills.
• Broad and in-depth business background and ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers.
• Ability to draft, decipher and negotiate business contracts.
