🚨 YOUR AC IS COOLING… BUT HOW HEALTHY IS IT?
Most people only call an AC technician when the AC stops cooling. 😩
But what if you could know the condition of your AC before it breaks down?
That’s why we’re introducing the TK Facilities AC Health Report. ❄️📋
After servicing your AC, we don’t just say “Done.”
We give you a clearer picture of what we found, including:
✅ Cooling performance
✅ Indoor & outdoor unit condition
✅ Air filter condition
✅ Drainage system
✅ Electrical connections
✅ Refrigerant system
✅ Leak risk indicators
✅ Areas that may need attention
✅ Recommended next service
And yes… we’re watching for AC leaks too. 👀
Because if you’re constantly adding gas/refrigerant to your AC, that’s not something you should simply keep repeating. There may be an underlying issue that needs proper diagnosis.
Think of it like a health check-up for your AC. 🩺❄️
You get to SEE. UNDERSTAND. PLAN.
No more guessing.
No more waiting for your AC to completely break down before taking action.

With the TK CARE maintenance plan, your AC gets serviced, monitored, documented and scheduled for its next check.

More than a service.
It’s proactive AC care.

🏗️ ARE YOU BUILDING, ABOUT TO BUILD, OR HAVE YOU ALREADY STARTED?

Then DON’T LEAVE YOUR AIR-CONDITIONING PLANS UNTIL THE END.❄️

One of the biggest mistakes we see in construction projects is making AC decisions too late.

Wrong pipe routes.
Poor AC positioning.
No provision for concealed piping.
Difficult access for maintenance.
And costly alterations after the building is already finished. 😩

Your AC should be part of the building plan—not an afterthought.

We provide expert guidance on your AC requirements from the planning and construction stage, helping you make the right decisions for **placement, piping, capacity, installation and future maintenance.

Whether you’re building a home, office, hotel, estate or commercial property, talk to us before you close up those walls. 🏠🏢❄️

BUILD SMART. PLAN YOUR COOLING EARLY.

And because we want you to get it right, we’re offering FREE AC consultations this September.🎯
