Ideas are cheap in this industry. Drawings, even cheaper. What’s rare is the person who can turn either one into something that actually stands.
A design is a promise.
But somewhere between the design and the handover, a thousand small things have to go right; materials, sequence, timing, the detail nobody else noticed. Someone has to own all of it.
That work rarely gets applause. It never gets the photo on the wall.
At Creavens 360, that person is Mr Ayobami Adebowale, our Director of Operations.
We’ve watched him hold projects together on days we weren’t sure how they’d come together. He catches the gap between what’s drawn and what’s buildable before it costs us anything.
When operations is done this well, you stop noticing it, and that’s the highest compliment the role allows.
Today is his birthday. And we are saying it out loud, in public.
