Here’s a proposed 3-bedroom duplex design for a 150.563 sqm site area:

Sometimes last year, I completed an as-built documentation project for a high-rise residential building scheduled for approval processing and renovation.
For this project, I carried out:
• Detailed on-site measurements across multiple floors and site area
• Documentation of service routes and modifications
• Preparation of updated floor plans, elevations, and relevant drawings for submission.

The goal was clear: deliver accurate, approval-ready documentation that reflects the building exactly as it stands today.

Lately, I’ve been exploring how AI can support my architectural workflow; not to replace creativity but to enhance it. While core architectural decisions remain rooted in function and human experience, AI helped me test ideas more freely. With few prompts used, I was able to generate this visualization on frame 2 from the elevation on frame 1. Still learning how to get a better results from the use of well defined prompts👨🏾‍💻
