Sharing the 3D visualization for my previous post🔙. Keeping it minimal and…..

Here’s a proposed 4-bedroom duplex design with two units of miniflats for a 270 sqm site area:

• Lounge
• Dining
• Store
• Visitor’s rest room
• Guest Room
• 2 Bedrooms (all en-suite)
• Master’s bedroom

Note: client chose an extra room over family lounge to make it 4bedroom and the mini flats were intentionally cropped out. Thanks😌

Using AI prompts, I was able to achieve this masterpiece where luxury meets comfort😎

Designed for real living, styled for impact.
Modern Nigerian interior done right✅

Client: I want it simple and modern
Me: say no more✌🏾

Here’s a proposed 3-bedroom duplex design for a 150.563 sqm site area:

• Lounge
• Dining
• Kitchen (client love it big😅)
• Store
• Visitor’s rest room
• 2 Bedrooms (all en-suite)
• Master’s bedroom with walk-in closet

🔍 Design challenges faced: The site presented some constraints that really inspired the design.

Sometimes last year, I completed an as-built documentation project for a high-rise residential building scheduled for approval processing and renovation.
For this project, I carried out:
• Detailed on-site measurements across multiple floors and site area
• Documentation of service routes and modifications
• Preparation of updated floor plans, elevations, and relevant drawings for submission.

The goal was clear: deliver accurate, approval-ready documentation that reflects the building exactly as it stands today.

Lately, I’ve been exploring how AI can support my architectural workflow; not to replace creativity but to enhance it. While core architectural decisions remain rooted in function and human experience, AI helped me test ideas more freely. With few prompts used, I was able to generate this visualization on frame 2 from the elevation on frame 1. Still learning how to get a better results from the use of well defined prompts👨🏾‍💻

What’s your thoughts on this?

It’s been a while since I last shared on this platform.

Architecture has continued to teach me patience, clarity and the value of process. Sometimes the work requires silence; time to build, rethink and improve. As this year unfolds, I’m excited to start using this space more intentionally to showcase my architectural projects, insights and creative journey.

Here’s to consistency, growth, engaging with the community and meaningful design conversations✨
