HOW TO PRODUCE MARBLE TROWEL FINISH

Production Process:

1. Measure clean water into a clean mixing container.
2. Add thickener and mix until fully dissolved.
3. Add binder/acrylic gradually and continue mixing.
4. Add titanium dioxide for brightness and a cleaner finish.
5. Slowly introduce fine calcium (marble-grade filler) while mixing continuously to avoid lumps.
6. Add defoamer and preservative where necessary.
7. Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, creamy and workable paste consistency.
8. Allow the product to settle briefly and remix before packaging or application.

Application Tips:
✔ Surface must be clean, dry and smooth.
✔ Apply using a stainless steel trowel.
✔ Apply in layers to create depth and decorative movement.
✔ Light polishing after drying enhances the marble effect.
