‎I believe this journey started long before I knew it would become my profession.

As a little kid in Primary School, Police Children School, Oji River, Enugu State I used cartons to build miniature houses.

Looking back now, I realize that was the beginning of my love for construction.
‎
‎That memory also reminds me of how much my Dad loved and supported me by ensuring I had access to a good education.
‎
‎Today, I encourage everyone to appreciate their profession.

Whatever you imagined yourself becoming as a child, if you're living that dream today, be grateful for the opportunity.
‎
‎Don't give up on it. Keep learning, keep growing, and continue to appreciate the privilege of doing what you love.

🏗️ The Hard Truth About Unfinished Buildings

Yes, bad contractors exist. But many abandoned projects are caused by greed and unrealistic ambitions.

Let's say for example👇

A client with the budget for a bungalow insists on building a duplex.
Others keep adding to the project without increasing their budget.

Then. The result is> Funds run out, and the building is abandoned. Imagine!

A successful project requires planning, discipline, and listening to professional advice.
