Designed by Oualalou+Choi, the Morocco Pavilion from Expo 2020 Dubai is a striking stacked village featuring a 33-meter rammed earth facade that naturally regulates indoor temperature.

Inside, 14 exhibition spaces and a continuous winding ramp connect to create an immersive visitor experience.

Unlike many temporary expo structures that are dismantled after an event, the Morocco Pavilion was intentionally designed from the start to outlive Expo 2020.

This interior of Bloom House in Westlake Hills, Texas, designed by Charles Harker, features organic, flowing, cave-like white walls and staircases that create a seamless, sculptural aesthetic.

​Harker actually sculpted the interior's undulating shape by hand, spending 7 months with an 18-inch pruning saw carving layers of polyurethane foam, before finishing it with concrete stucco.

Designed by KPF and currently under construction as a striking 103-storey skyscraper in the Hongkou district, the upcoming tower will host the brand's very first urban concept property.

Occupying the upper levels of the monumental Puxi landmark, guests will enjoy ultra-luxury hospitality paired with sweeping panoramic views of the city skyline.

​Designed by Kleinewelt Architekten, the new Central House of Cinema in Moscow is a proposed 135-meter residential tower featuring a striking terracotta-colored facade and a textured surface created through vertical elements and recessed windows.

New York Proposes the World’s Tallest Correctional Center

Designed by HOK, the new 353-foot-tall Manhattan Detention Center at 125 White Street will become the world's tallest correctional facility upon its projected completion in 2032.

Spanning over 1 million square feet, the 16-story jailscraper combines modern holding spaces with community facilities and ground-floor retail.

This vertical project is a centerpiece of New York City's Borough-Based Jail Program aimed at replacing Rikers Island.
