Most often, every new year, we all have a new year resolution, goals, ambitions, targets, vision, and territories we want to conquer. So much more that we put cat before horse - we prioritise prosperity over our health.
But this new year, please put your health first. Your mental well-being needs your attention even as you go hard on those goals and ambitions as well as your body anatomy. As such, consider quitting habits that can damage your health - watch what you drink.
If I may say, it is a bad habit to neglect the state of your water. Habits that endanger the water bodies should be dropped. Indiscriminate dropping of refuse is a bad habit as it pollutes the water body. Dispose of your refuse properly - always use the waste bin. Wastewater should be managed not only in Industrial areas but also in residential areas.
To stay healthy is to achieve much, and staying healthy requires being intentional.
