DON’T POUR FOUNDATION CONCRETE INTO STANDING WATER

Water accumulating inside foundation trenches should not simply be ignored before concrete placement.

Standing water can interfere with the concrete mix, weaken the foundation process, and make proper workmanship difficult. The cause of the water should be addressed and the excavation properly prepared before casting.

Remember:
A good foundation starts with a properly prepared excavation.
