OGOGO β WHEN A LEGEND BECOMES IMMORTAL
Taiwo Hassan. Ogogo.
Some men live a lifetime.
Some men live a legacy.
And then there are those whose lives become a part of the story of an entire people.
Today, we mourn not merely an actor, but a pillar of Yoruba theatre and Nigerian cinema; a man whose face, voice, presence and craft became deeply woven into the memories of generations. Ogogo was more than the characters he portrayed. He was a storyteller. A custodian of culture. A vessel through which Yoruba language, values, humour, wisdom, history and human experiences found expression on screens across Nigeria and beyond. Rest well, Taiwo Hassan β Ogogo.
You came.
You created.
You inspired.
You entertained.
You preserved culture.
You built memories.
And now, you have left the stage.
But legends do not truly leave.
They become part of the story forever.
Sun re, Ogogo.
Sun re, Γ gbΓ oαΉ£ere.
Sun re, akoni Yoruba cinema.
May your soul find eternal rest.
Your curtain has fallen, but your legacy remains. ποΈπ€ shaki πΈπππππ ππππ¨π βππ€π€ππ / α΄α΄α΄α΄Κ Adekunle afod Muyiwa Ademola Authentic King Tunde Ednut
