Dear Bricklayers/Engineers..... There are days nobody sees.
You wake up before sunrise, head to site, solve problems, supervise workers, meet deadlines, and give every project your best. People praise the finished building, but they rarely see the sacrifices behind it.
Then comes the painful part.
The job is completed, the client has moved in, everyone is happy... except you. Your payment is delayed with promises like I'll send it tomorrow,Just give me a little more time, or worse, complete silence.
Meanwhile, your own bills don't wait.
Your workers expect their wages. Your family depends on you. Suppliers are calling. Yet you still show up every morning with a smile because giving up isn't an option.
And on some days, there isn't even a project to work on. The phone stays quiet, but responsibilities never do.
If you're a bricklayer, mason, carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter, or any construction professional, you've probably lived this reality.
Still, we keep building.
Not just houses, but dreams, families, and communities. So if you're going through a difficult season esp this raining season, don't lose hope. Delayed success is not denied success. Better days will come for those who refuse to quit.
God bless every hardworking bricklayer and every construction professional out there. Your labour is seen, and it will surely be rewarded. ππ½
