📢 WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND COORDINATOR

Sophos Architekton Group is looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven individual to manage our social media presence, digital marketing and group branding.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands that effective social media marketing involves more than simply posting content. We are looking for someone who can build strong, consistent brands and turn our online presence into measurable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars
✅ Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Business Profiles
✅ Maintain consistent and professional branding across the group
✅ Capture high-quality photographs and videos at projects and business locations
✅ Create and edit Reels, promotional videos and marketing material
✅ Write professional captions, advertisements and LinkedIn content
✅ Design company profiles, flyers, advertisements and branded material
✅ Manage paid social media advertising campaigns
✅ Respond to online comments, messages and enquiries
✅ Identify creative marketing opportunities and relevant industry trends
✅ Track online enquiries, leads, bookings and campaign performance
✅ Submit monthly social media and marketing reports

REQUIREMENTS:

▪️ Experience in social media management or digital marketing
▪️ Excellent graphic design skills
▪️ An excellent eye for detail, visual quality and brand consistency
▪️ Strong writing and communication skills
▪️ Good photography and video-editing abilities
▪️ Experience using Canva and other graphic design or video-editing applications
▪️ A strong understanding of professional company branding
▪️ Creativity, initiative and the ability to work independently
▪️ Willingness to visit construction sites and other business locations
▪️ A valid driver’s licence will be an advantage

📍 Position based in Walvis Bay
💼 Basic salary with performance incentives
