Stainless Steel Smart Lock | Design For Smart Durable!
๐1st Stainless Steel Smart Lock in Malaysia
๐1st XC2 Dual Sided Grille Smart Lock in Worldwide
๐1st Ultra Slim Smart Lock in Worldwide Initially, our factory was an OEM for a famous Swedish door lock brand, producing traditional stainless steel mechanical locks. Even after ten years of use, our locks remain as shiny as new. This principle is not only embodied in our products but also reflected in our team's lifestyle, with most ABRAIN executives own Volvo's car, from the luxurious XC90 to the stylish XC40. With the smart home trend emerging in 2017, ABRAIN ventured into the smart lock industry to make entering and exiting homes more convenient. While most smart locks were made of aluminum alloy, ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ญ๐๐๐ฅ, ensuring that each lock is crafted by hand from a single sheet of steel. This involves cutting, stamping, bending, welding, polishing, and assembling, with each process reflecting our dedication to quality. Every ABRAIN lock is not just a product but a masterpiece crafted from Stainless steel, as shown in our factory tour video.

Stainless steel is more durable and well-suited to Malaysia's extreme heat and rain environment. Unlike other Southeast Asian countries where most homes have a single door, Malaysian houses typically feature a combination of steel and wooden doors. Condominiums (condos) often have a foyer, separating the indoors and outdoors, allowing shoes to be left outside, showcasing the wisdom of Malaysian housing design. At that time, the market had not seen a fingerprint lock designed for metal door grille. To simplify access, ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐โ๐ฌ ๐

We believe that for a home, the door lock is like the pillar in the family: it needs to be reliable, responsible, and wise, just like the qualities of successful people. Inspired by Tan Fng Ah Sengโs book โThe Creation of Uniqueness,โ our boss collaborated with Mr. Ma from ABRAINโs factory to design the ๐๐๐ฐ ๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ซ๐-๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฆ ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐ (๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐). We discarded all unnecessary design elements, adopting a minimalist style, removing traditional handles, and pursuing an ultra-thin design that gives the appearance of a smartphone on the door, aligning with the aesthetic preferences of modern successful individuals. The lock mechanism has been fully upgraded to electronic automation, with internal components meeting "automotive-grade" standards, achieving true smart functionality. We thank Mr. Ma for his cooperation in making this innovation a reality. We believe every family deserves the best. ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐๐ค ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ค, they are about a home's guardian, adding a touch of modernity and safety to the home, a caring gesture for the family, ensuring they can always return home happily, conveniently, and safely.
