Another milestone achieved.

We are proud to announce that our façade system with K3AL30 solid panel has successfully passed the BS 8414-2 fire performance test with excellent temperature performance results.

This achievement reflects our continued commitment towards delivering a robust and reliable façade fire safety system for the industry. A comprehensive façade fire strategy should incorporate both BS 476 and BS 8414 testing standards to support regulatory compliance, system performance evaluation, and design validation under realistic fire exposure conditions.

📍 Throwback – Site Inspection at Johor Project

Throwback to our regular site inspection at one of our Johor project sites, where our team ensured that all works were carried out in compliance with project specifications and the BS 8414 External Wall System requirements.

📍 PAM Event Participation – Knowledge Sharing & Industry Collaboration

We are honoured to participate in the recent PAM event, sharing the stage with our valued business partner Isopanelli, where we exchanged insights on sandwich panel systems and modern façade solutions.

During the session, we also highlighted our BS 8414 External Wall System, showcasing how our façade solution has been further enhanced with innovation and continuous improvement.

One of the key developments we presented is our in-house Facade Inspection Resource App, designed to support closer monitoring of site progress, improve inspection efficiency, and strengthen quality control throughout project ex*****on.

📍 Final Site Inspection – Penang Project

As our project in Penang is approaching completion, our team conducted a final routine site inspection to ensure all works are fully aligned with project specifications and quality requirements before handover.

Our dedicated and trained site inspectors carried out on-site verification works, including height access inspections with full PPE compliance, ensuring every detail is checked thoroughly and safely.
