✨ Retro Night Throwback | HOD Retreat 2025 ✨

A night we’ll remember for a long, long time.
Loud laughter. Full hearts. Shining eyes. 💫

We laughed hard guessing whose childhood photos were whose —
the funny hairstyles, the bold outfits, the innocent faces 😂
But beneath the laughter, something deeper touched us all.

Because every photo reminded us of this:
Before titles.
Before responsibilities.
Before KPIs, deadlines, and decisions.

Every Head of Department here was once just a child —
dreaming freely, falling down, standing back up, and moving forward anyway.
That child didn’t know they would one day carry teams, expectations, and leadership on their shoulders.

As the words were read that night, we paused —
remembering that before we became leaders, we were human first.
And real leadership isn’t about having all the answers —
it’s about walking the journey together, with sincerity, patience, and trust. 🤍

✨ Because together, we build.

📸 HOD Retreat Throwback – 18 Dec 2025 🌊✨

Our 3 days, 2 nights HOD retreat at the Westin Desaru Coast Resort 🌴 was a much-needed pause — a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with our bigger picture 🌅🧘‍♀️. Away from the daily noise, we reflected deeply on our journey in 2025 ✨ — celebrating how far we’ve come 🎉, acknowledging the challenges 💪, and gaining clarity on our direction and purpose as we step into 2026 together 🚀🧭.

Beyond the plans, presentations, and structured discussions 📊📋, the heart-to-heart session became the soul of the retreat 🤍. It was a safe and gentle space where we allowed ourselves to be fully present 🌿 — listening without interruption 👂, speaking honestly 💬, and sharing thoughts and emotions that are often buried beneath responsibilities and deadlines ⏳. Being heard, and truly hearing one another, created a sense of trust and closeness that words alone can’t fully describe ✨🤝.

A reminder that while direction guides us forward 🧭, it is human connection that truly holds us together 🤍🌊.
