🔹 Position: Accounts Intern

🔹 Department: Accounts Department

Key Requirements

• Assist in processing and recording accounting transactions.

• Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

• Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with bank reconciliation and month-end closing activities.

• Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records.

• Prepare reports and spreadsheets as assigned.

• Liaise with internal departments regarding finance-related documentation.

• Provide administrative support to the Accounts team.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Accounts Manager or immediate superior.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.

• Responsible, organized, and eager to learn.

🔹 Position: Quantity Surveyor

Key Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
2. Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in contracting or consultancy, with a strong background in large-scale building, infrastructure, or specialized projects.
3. Licensing (Preferred): Registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or Consultant QS with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM).
4. Software Skills: Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Glodon, CostX), MS Office, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Position: C&S Engineer

Key Requirements:

1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
2. Experience: Five to Ten years of hands-on experience in a similar field-engineering or project supervision role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, utilizing CAD software, and operating surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, theodolites).
4. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking, crisis management, and written/verbal communication skills.
5. Certifications: A state-issued professional engineer (PE) license, EIT certification, or OSHA safety credentials may be required depending on the project scope.

Responsibilities:
1. Setting Out & Surveying: Establishing the exact layout of the site using coordinates, levels, and surveying instruments so construction begins accurately.
2. Quality Assurance: Inspecting ongoing work and materials to verify they meet approved technical designs, specifications, and industry standards.
3. Site Management: Organizing the daily workload, managing subcontractors, and monitoring progress to ensure the project meets budget and schedule targets.
4. Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict health and safety (H&S) protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all workers wear appropriate PPE.
5. Documentation: Keeping meticulous daily site logs, preparing progress reports, processing requests for information (RFIs), and managing as-built drawings.
