Today was thrilled as we returned from work to find that the our beginning of the iconic project site in Penang has gone viral online! 🚧✨

Refurbishment Project adjacent to E&O and Ascott Hotel, Penang.

It is said that the heritage building is required to be preserved well to obtain certification by the local council. Hence, the building should not be demolish, modify or altered. The developers have no choice but to work around the said building.
