This one was mainly upstairs.
-
We found termite activity on the flooring and also inside some of the cabinets. In most cases, by the time it shows up in furniture like this, they’ve already been active for a while.
-
We installed bait stations at key points under our Absolute Colony Elimination Professional Program, targeting the movement areas we picked up during inspection.
-
Simple approach — follow where they’re active and let the system do the rest. 🐜🏠

Older house, plus termite mounds in the garden is always a clear warning sign.
-
It usually means there’s active soil movement close to the structure already.
-
We carried out liquid soil treatment around the property to build a protective barrier and reduce the risk of termites moving from the garden into the house.
-
Jobs like this are straightforward in principle, but important to do properly. Coverage and consistency matter.
-
Garden activity controlled. Structure protected. 🏡🐜

Right by the sea, storing boats and equipment.
-
Places like this look open and breezy, but termite risk is still very real. Moist soil, timber contact, and constant humidity make it a comfortable environment for them.
-
We carried out a liquid soil treatment around the structure to create a protective barrier from the ground up.
-
Once termites establish themselves in areas like this, they don’t just stay outside. They move in and start working through anything they can.
-
Better to secure it early and keep the structure protected long term. 🌊🐜

Didn’t expect to find termites here.
-
They were active inside the shoe cabinet — went straight for the shoe boxes and ended up damaging quite a number of pairs.
-
This is how they work. Quiet, hidden, and by the time it’s noticed, they’ve already been feeding for a while.
-
We carried out termite baiting under our Absolute Colony Elimination Professional Program to deal with it at the source, not just what’s visible.
-
Not just wood. Not just structure.
Anything cellulose based, they’ll go for it.
-
Sorted before it spreads further. 🐜👟

New house. Renovation just started.
-
This is actually the best time to do termite protection. Before the kitchen cabinets go in. Before all the built-ins are installed.
-
We carried out a preventive liquid treatment to the soil so the structure is protected from the ground up.
-
Once cabinets and carpentry are up, access becomes limited. And if termites come in later, repairs get messy and expensive.
-
Doing it early just makes sense.
Protect first. Build after. 🏡🐜

This one was messy.
-
Warehouse job with termites popping up from multiple points — close to 10 active spots across the area. Boxes gone, door frames hit, even products weren’t spared.
-
We went in with a seek & destroy approach under our termite baiting program — track every active point, intercept the movement, and work it back towards the colony.
-
No point treating one area and hoping for the best when they’re already spread out.
-
Jobs like this are about patience and coverage. You miss one spot, they come right back.
-
All active zones handled and brought under control. 🏭🐜

Client noticed slight movement on the wooden flooring… turned out it wasn’t just the floor.
-
Termites were already active along the skirting and moving through the edges — classic hidden pathway most people miss early on.
-
We went ahead with termite baiting under our Absolute Colony Elimination Professional Program, targeting the activity without tearing up the entire area.
-
Wood flooring jobs like this — you don’t rush, and you don’t guess. You follow the movement.
-
Handled properly before it spreads further. 🐜🏠

The kitchen isn’t just active for people.
-
In this home, termite activity was detected within the kitchen cabinets — a space with constant warmth, moisture, and plenty of concealed wood, making it an ideal feeding zone.
-
We deployed our Absolute Colony Elimination Professional Program, focusing on intercepting the colony through a targeted baiting approach rather than disturbing the entire cabinetry.
-
When termites reach internal areas like this, it’s no longer isolated.
It’s connected.
-
Quiet intrusion.
Systematic response.
Colony-level control. 🐜🏠

Out here, termite colonies don’t hide.
They build.
-
For this kampung wooden house, active mounds were identified around the structure — a clear sign of an established subterranean network.
-
Our team broke down the mounds and followed through with Absolute Liquid Treatment, injecting termiticide into the surrounding soil to disrupt the colony’s movement and create a protective zone around the house.
-
In timber structures, the risk is always higher.
Which is why the response has to be direct, thorough, and controlled.
-
Ground activity addressed.
Structure safeguarded. 🏡🐜
