老屋的问题，不是表面看到的那么简单。

施工不是做到一半，才来想办法 🏗️

平地重起，看起来好像就是「一块空地 → 盖一间屋」那么简单。其实从一开始的 土地状况、natural slope、排水，到 septic tank 的位置和规划，每一个细节都要先检查、先想好。

因为很多问题，不是在开工前看不出来，而是工程做到一半才发现「诶，这里怎么不能这样做？」😅 到那个时候才来找方法，往往就会影响进度、预算，甚至需要返工。

所以我们做 Design & Build，不只是帮你把房子盖起来。从前期检查、规划、设计，到施工，我们都会一步一步处理好。该量的、该看的、该规划的，先做好。不是等问题发生了，才开始补救。

这是我们目前其中一个 Design & Build 项目的 Site Progress。🏗️🏠
📍 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

🌱 原本的草地 → 场地整理 → 土地测量 → 填土 → 地面夯实 → 后续地基与结构工程到一步一步把它建成一个真正的家。

在正式动工之前，我们不会急着开工，而是按照完整的施工流程和 SOP，一步一步做好前期准备：
👉 现场勘察与场地评估
👉 委托Juru Ukur Tanah（土地测量师）进行专业测量
👉 确认现有地面高度及土地状况
👉 根据设计确认建筑物的 level & setting out
👉 场地清理与准备
👉 根据施工要求进行填土
👉 分层填土及压实（compaction），确保地基稳定
👉 完成前期土地工程后，再进入地基及结构工程

因为我们相信：
一间房子的品质，不只是从你看到的设计开始，而是从你看不到的地基开始。
