Inheriting a home is a blessing... until you hold the keys. 🗝️

They say a family home is a legacy. But when the plaster ceiling is weeping from water leaks, the termites are eating the doorframes, and the walls are cracking... that legacy starts to feel like a burden.

Many owners of older bungalows in Selangor are forced to sell their family heritage at "Land Value" simply because the house looks too tired to save.

Don’t let the defects define the value of your property.

At Majime Construction & Renovation, we don't just patch holes. We restore dignity. From intricate roof waterproofing to structural rehabilitation, we bring the "Majime" (真面目) spirit—seriousness and sincerity—to every project.

Turn that heavy burden back into a prized asset.
