The Penang History Museum is set to open in early 2025, showcasing the stories of how our ancestors crossed the seas to the Nanyang over a hundred years ago.

Even today, Penang is home to countless descendants of these pioneers, many of whom still speak fluent Chinese. It’s a place where Chinese characters are visible everywhere, and Mandarin is widely spoken in this overseas land.
