Transforming visionary architectural concepts into award-winning reality demands navigating complex urban realities. Conspec Construction (M) Sdn Bhd is honoured to have served as the main contractor responsible for the main building works of the iconic Habib Landmark (Habib HQ) at Jalan Bunus, a project that recently earned the Bronze Award for Retail, Exhibition & Entertainment (Small & Medium) at the REKA Awards 2026. 🏆

Constructing this 50,000-square-foot urban landmark in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's bustling Masjid India district was no small feat. Building within a high-density, highly visible site surrounded by heavy foot traffic, tight logistical constraints, and strict municipal regulations required immense coordination. From managing constrained space and lively weekend surroundings to executing complex facade details, bringing this structure to life is a testament to our team's resilience, technical precision, and commitment to quality engineering under pressure.

We extend our sincere congratulations to Habib Jewels, HL Architecture Sdn Bhd, and our project partners for a shared vision successfully built from the ground up.

We recently revisited our completed site at Lapangan Terbang Sultan Ismail Petra, Kota Bharu, and it’s incredible to see how the landscape has matured. The plants are in full bloom, lush green foliage is framing the walkways, and the outdoor spaces now offer a vibrant, welcoming entrance for visitors arriving in Kelantan. ✈️

As we mark Hari Malaysia next week and national sports movements this upcoming October, we take immense pride in looking back at iconic landmarks we’ve had the privilege to touch. ✨

One of our notable milestones is our involvement in the upgrading works for Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil, the heart of Malaysian sports and the largest stadium in Southeast Asia. 🏟 Though our scope was a modest portion of the overall upgrading works, contributing to a project of this national significance remains a major milestone for our team. We were deeply honored to receive the Honour Award at the MLAA 2018 under the Landscape Contractor Category for our work on this national icon 🏆
