Selia Kreatif Sdn Bhd is proud to be involved in the Proposed Slope Stabilisation Works at Sungai Lalang, Mukim Ulu Semenyih, Daerah Ulu Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Commencing in January 2026 with a 16-week project duration, this project focuses on delivering safe, effective, and long-term slope stability solutions.

The scope of works includes preliminary works, comprehensive soil nailing systems (3m, 6m, 9m & 12m lengths), scaffolding, pull-out testing, soil nail capping, guniting, 12m horizontal drainage, V-shape interceptor drains, perimeter drains, as well as full mobilization and demobilization. Through proper engineering practices and quality ex*****on, this project aims to enhance slope safety, reduce geotechnical risks, and ensure sustainable ground stability for the surrounding area.

Scope of work included:
🔹 Drilling (Ø150mm rotary method)
🔹 Installation of Reinforcement Bar – T25 high tensile deformed bar, fy = 460 N/mm²
🔹 Cement Grouting – Grade 30 mix, w/c ratio 0.45, tremie method
🔹 PVC Centralizers for proper alignment
🔹 Quality Testing – cube test (7th & 28th day) achieving ≥30 N/mm²

All work was carried out in accordance with the approved construction drawings and BS standards, ensuring structural stability and compliance with quality specifications.
