In this video, we repair a completely dead Bosch 18V 2.0Ah lithium-ion battery that shows no indicator light and is not charging. After disassembly and troubleshooting, we found corroded and fully dead 18650 cells. We replaced all cells with NCR18650B 3400mAh batteries, upgrading the pack from 2.0Ah to 3.4Ah capacity.
