📢 JOB VACANCY – INSPECTOR OF WORKS (CIVIL)
Barisan Setia Construction Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Inspector of Works (IOW) – Civil to join our project team.
📍 Project: Solar Farm Pasir Puteh, Kelantan
🏗️ Scope: Civil Works – Earthworks & Infrastructure
Position
Inspector of Works (Civil)
Responsibilities
• Inspect and monitor civil construction works at site
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and method statements
• Monitor quality of earthworks, drainage, roadworks and other infrastructure works
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors and site personnel
• Monitor material quality and workmanship
• Assist in QA/QC documentation, testing and site records
• Ensure construction activities comply with project requirements and safety procedures
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
• Experience in civil construction, earthworks or infrastructure works is an advantage
• Experience in solar farm projects is an added advantage
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good site inspection and reporting skills
• Willing to work at Pasir Puteh, Kelantan
• Able to start immediately / within short notice is an advantage
