Some of our Motherplants used for Breeding. Below are some special tips to keep your plants healthy!
1. Always line the bottom of the pot with chunky stones (LECA, large pumice, etc), before putting your potting mix. This helps greatly with drainage!
2. Silicon fertilizer is extremely under-rated. Add this to your routine to watch your plants become more resistant to pests and hot weather etc. Spray in the evenings!
3. Wood Vinegar is a natural pesticide, fungicide, with good plant nutrition (if you don’t mind the smell) the smell grows on you! Give it a chance! Don’t spray in hot weather
4. Keep Anthuriums in 65% and above humidity and never let temperature go above 32C
5. Sulphur is a natural insecticide effective against spidermites and other pests! Make sure to buy wettable sulphur and spray during evenings! It will leave a thin powdery layer on your plant leaves which will deter and kill spidermites! Hey at least it’s natural !
