🏠 一个屋顶做得好不好，其实细节一看就知道。

屋顶不是 PU Metal Deck 盖上去就叫完成。

从 C-Truss & Batten 防锈铁结构开始，到 PU Metal Deck、Stainless Steel Gutter 白钢水槽，再到屋顶每一个 L-Flashing、Capping 收口，全部都是一套屋顶里面很重要的部分。

就连一颗小小的 roofing screw，我们都会加上 Screw Cap 做多一层保护。🔩

因为屋顶每天面对的就是太阳、风雨。
大结构要做稳，小细节也不能省。

我们做的不只是换一片屋顶，
而是把整个 Roofing System 从结构、排水到收口，一样一样做好。👌

目前我们已经开始进行 2nd & 3rd Floor Trim Deck Wall Cladding Installation，整栋 Building 的外观也慢慢成形了。

这个 Project 从 Steel Structure、Wall Cladding 到整体颜色搭配，我们都是根据 Building 的实际情况，与客户一比一沟通并 Customize Design，让整体完成后不只是解决外墙问题，同时也让 Building 外观更加完整、统一。

这次客户主要面对的是 Office Building 外墙渗水 / 漏水问题，因此选择以 Wall Cladding 的方式，为整栋建筑增加一层完整的外墙保护，同时重新翻新整体外观。

【四层楼 Office Building，整栋外墙直接包起来！🏗️】

这次来到 Puchong 的一个 Factory Project。

前方是一栋 4层楼 Office Building，原本的外墙长期面对渗水、漏水的问题。

这次老板找到我们，不是局部修补，
而是决定直接做一套完整的 Wall Cladding System，把整栋 Office Building 的外墙重新保护起来。💪

我们的施工方式：
🔩 先安装新的 Steel Structure 作为支撑骨架
🏗️ 再安装 Trim Deck Wall Cladding
💧 将原有外墙完整包覆，减少雨水直接接触墙面的机会
🏢 整整四层楼，从 Steel Structure 到 Wall Cladding 都由我们负责施工

目前 Steel Structure 已经完成，
Trim Deck Wall Cladding 正在施工中 🔨

看着一片一片 Trim Deck 慢慢把整栋四层楼 Building 包起来，
这个 Project 的规模感真的开始出来了。

这也是我们目前正在进行中的其中一个 Industrial Project。

Another PU Metal Deck roofing upgrade completed for this bungalow.

For this project, the existing roof was retained. We installed new steel battens above the existing roof, followed by a new 0.47mm PU Metal Deck Roofing System.

The existing roof tiles were old and experiencing water leakage issues. After inspection, the existing timber roof structure was still in good condition, so we retained the original structure and replaced the old roof tiles with a new PU Metal Deck Roofing System.
