Ever since we have been engineering and delivering world-class solutions for water facilities across the board in an innovative, cost-effective and reliable manner. The company was founded by Dato’ Charles Tay, an industry pioneer with a wealth of expertise and decades of experience in the design, consultancy, construction and maintenance of water features, swimming pools, life support systems(LSS), theme parks, water parks, and water treatment systems. Vision - We aspire to perfect the ways in which recreation, relaxation and rejuvenation is achieved for human well being, now and into the future. Mision - We are committed to developing intelligent and sustainable solutions for water facilities to enhance the quality of our daily lives.

Our proven Biofiltration Swim-with-the-Fish System uses a natural biofilter to maintain clear, healthy water for direct human contact.☘️

A professional, third-party laboratory tested the pond for E. coli, and the result was negative, indicating no detectable E. coli in the sampled water.

The attached report provides the detailed methodology, sampling locations, and results.

We maintain ongoing safety through routine monitoring, maintenance, and clear swimmer guidelines to ensure continued water quality and peace of mind for our client to enjoy the experience of nature and swimming with the fishes.🌿🐠🏊‍♂️

Leisure Farm ..
These photos and video were taken on 26th June 2026. One year after being handed over to our happy client. Biological filtration will mature as the year goes by. Minimal maintenance required except for feeding the fishes.
