The Importance of Industrialised Building System (IBS) in Property Development.

The Industrialised Building System (IBS) should be structurally strong enough to allow for possible escape routes during severe earthquakes. Compared to brick walls, which may crumble and pose stacking hazards during a collapse, well-designed precast panels can reduce the risk of debris-related injury—though actual performance depends on design, detailing, and construction quality.
Malaysia has begun to experience earthquakes, with recent activity recorded at a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale.
The only one in Malaysia:
An earthquake resistance test was conducted on a scaled-down, double-storey building using the HC Precast System, in collaboration with UTM Johor. The test was based on seismic data from eight major earthquakes around the world.
A shake table test was carried out using real data from these global seismic events to evaluate the performance of the HCPS system.

As others are just waking up to Industrialized Building System (IBS), many still figuring out where to start, HCPS recognised its values over 20 years ago and has been mastering it ever since.

Industrialised Building System (IBS) price is the most important factor & compared to the market our HCPS price is the cheapest in town which has already included logistics.

In Industrialised Building System (IBS) we must compare the speed of construction period, overhead, quality. However, many developers do not have Industrialised Building System (IBS) experience yet thinking that it must be done at site casting to save the logistic cost but they had neglected so many hidden costs.

Production in a carefully planned designed casting yard allow us to carry out fabrication of moulds & precast products smoothly - this point itself can broken into many more justifications.

For site casting without proper casting yard facility, they neglect the inventory costs, storage costs, mobility issues, crane issues, space constraints - there are many hidden costs unforeseen in these points.

There are many more to say which only able to explain when face to face & provided make a visit to our factory so the above just a summary to keep it simple.
