Account Executive needed !
- To ensure that billings, reminders, termination and loan documentation are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA
- To ensure timely billings, collection and loan documentation to achieve the departmental targets
- To prepare and check the month end report
- Liaise with HQ at China
- To assist bank in collection
Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Candidate must be Certified Accounting Technicians & Association of Charted Certified Accountants.
Required language(s): Mandarin(Compulsory for liaise with HQ), English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Quantity Surveyor Supervisor needed!
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
1. Responsible for assisting the supervisors to collect bidding information, price adjustment information, collection, archiving and management of the information and materials required for the bids; the results of the bidding and timely recording, updating and summary.
2. According to the requirements of customers and projects, it is responsible for tracking the preparation, review and approval of bids.
3. Responsible for the project leader to conduct market analysis on the bidding, analyze and propose the single product quotation plan, and carry out orderly quotation and bargaining under the competent leadership organization.
4. Responsible for completing the announcement, bidding, answering questions, bid opening, bid evaluation, calibration and issuing the bidding notice of the bidding project.
5. Responsible for the preparation and approval of the tender contract.
6. Responsible for completing the payment of the bid-winning notice or winning the certification document, signing the contract and other post-standard work.

Required skill(s): AutoCad & Glodon Software.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
