Project Administration Assistant
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description Highlights:
Key Responsibilities:

- Managing documentation and communicating with homeowners, including profit-sharing agreements, bank account openings, and account statements.
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as arranging pantry, cleaner, and office supplies.
- Overseeing license renewals and processing submissions to statutory bodies.
Requirements:

- Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and effective multitasking abilities.
