Day 1 of hacking—but the real work started weeks before this. 🛠️
A 20+-year-old residential home. Designed in collaboration with Senscius Arc—their vision: preserve the home's original retro character while adding modern functionality. A beautiful challenge—and one that requires absolute alignment before a single wall comes down.
Before we broke ground, we did this:
✅ Multiple site meetings with the Senscius_arc team—walking every space, discussing every detail
✅ Constructability review—identifying what can be built as drawn and flagging challenges together
✅ Full approval process handled by us—PSP documentation, local authority submission, and follow-through
✅ Design intent documented and agreed—no silent changes, no "we thought this would be better"
Here's the truth many designers learn too late: a contractor who starts hacking without first understanding your design is a contractor who will change your design.
We listen first. We plan. We handle the approvals. Then we build—exactly as agreed.
A huge thank you to Senscius Arc for the trust and the incredible design. Follow them to see the vision side—follow us for the build journey. 👉
