Job Responsibility:
Perform data entry of information and products
Provide customer service via phone regarding e-constant communicating with customers.
Serve as intermediary between online customers and our business
Manage the on-site shopping experience through effective use of tagging and keywords, including keyword research
Enter customer orders into computer system received via the internet
Perform customer service functions by answering requests and questions
Prepare orders so they are ready for entry into computer system
Provide shipping quotes
Troubleshoot and problem solve daily issues
Perform product photoshoot
Execute monthly online promotion.
Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year working experience is a plus for this position.
Required language(s): Malay, English
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms a plus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Have a good basic skills in picture editing is a plus!
Editing, reasoning and basic math skills
Experience in the retail sales of consumer-related goods preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to establish and measure personal goals
