Artificial grass is not always calculated purely by sqft/sqm.
Turf comes in fixed roll widths (usually 2m), so cutting, alignment & jointing can create material wastage depending on site size and layout.
Example: Actual site area ≠ actual turf usage.
Some quotations show only site area pricing, but additional charges may appear later due to cutting wastage.
