Nuestro proyecto de restaurante frente al mar entra de lleno en la etapa de acabados, donde materiales, texturas, iluminación y detalles arquitectónicos comienzan a darle identidad a cada espacio.

Después de meses de trabajo estructural y construcción, ahora llega una de las etapas más importantes: convertir el proyecto que diseñamos en una experiencia real, cuidando cada detalle hasta el resultado final.

Architecture designed around the view.

This oceanfront residence was conceived specifically around the location and orientation of the property, taking advantage of the Caribbean views through large openings, terraces and interior spaces that visually connect with the surrounding landscape.

One of the most distinctive aspects of the project is its construction system: the entire structural system of the house was developed using fiberglass, creating a very different approach to conventional residential construction.

Architecture, structure and location were considered together from the beginning to create a house designed specifically for its site and its relationship with the sea.

A different identity for residential architecture.

This residential prototype was conceived as a home for sale with a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired architectural language.

The repetition of arches, curved openings, warm materials and simple volumes creates a distinctive façade that separates the project from the conventional architecture of its surroundings.

The arches are not simply decorative elements; they become part of the identity of the property, giving rhythm, depth and character to the architecture.

A recognizable design created to give the property its own architectural personality and market identity.

Architecture shaped by light, air and the Caribbean.

This conceptual oceanfront residence was designed around a series of interior patios that connect the different spaces of the house while allowing natural light and cross ventilation to flow throughout the project.

Rather than creating enclosed spaces, the architecture opens toward the interior and exterior, generating visual connections, natural airflow and constantly changing views as you move through the house.

A home where courtyards, vegetation, light and architecture become part of the same experience.
