Houses for Sale Puerto Morelos

Here is the concept for the 1st 3 bedroom home 257.62m2 (845.2f2) starts construction 2023. Groundfloor is a large open space kitchen and living area with dining on terrace looking over rear garden and pool. Next level is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with terraces and views over the mangrove and to the sunset. We have built 7 previous properties from the ground up, in this exact same area of Puerto Morelos, and done 2 renovations so we are very experienced with an impeccable record of trust and confidence from our clients. We use higher end building supplies and build to code. I personally make sure that these houses are more than just habitable, they must feel like home. Large airy spaces and lots of storage for the kitchen especially, lots of light and protection from the harsh western sun and mosquito screens everywhere. We look forward to meeting you and talking about what you need in your Puerto Morelos home
